    We purchased this because we are relatively new agents, and the schooling received in NY to obtain a license deals VERY little with the actual practice of retail real estate. Also, as many more seasoned agents know, many if not most brokerages do not REALLY train new agents adequately. Learning is more "trial and error" and "learn as you go." This book is an absolute MUST READ for all new agents and those in the process of obtaining their license. Having also read Danielle Kennedy's material was also helpful, because this author, Darryl Davis, has studied her techniques and even tweaked them a bit. We are very well pleased with this book--a true "How To" instruction manual for both newcomers to retail real estate as well as for seasoned professionals who wish to take their careers to ...
