Seller finally got back to me after Ebay got involved. Seller shipped the 3 correct items in 1-2 days, although NOT by Priority Mail like they said they would. (I had a time deadline, parts were for a customer's vehicle). There's no excuse for shipping errors. But I will try them again for a future order.
