I made an offer to buy 5 units for $4 each with a combined shipping of $5.95. Seller accepted offer with no communication and shipped all 5 in one box and charged me $29.75 for the shipping. Contacted seller twice to try to resolve and got rude responses and pretty much a "too bad for you" attitude. I submitted a dispute with ebay over a week ago with no resolution so far.

If you would address it in a nice kind manner i had work with you like with my past customers. But coming and threatening me by reporting me to eBay and fraudent PayPal by open a case there. Don't impress me at all. I don't do nothing what I against eBay policy that's why. I am ok that you are leaving me a bad review. You can't expect free items. You got all 5 units in a good condition I made sure they a packed safe and nice, you also forget we sellers paying fees and other expansive.

Seller went above and beyond. Post office lost the item for over a week, and seller quickly refunded me. Then the post office found and delivered my item. Seller refused my offer to return the money.
There is a real person back there across the internet, and I was treated well by them.
