  • Great addition to "Ship" Series

Anne McCaffrey is the BEST sci-fi writer EVER. That being said, this book is a great addition to her "Ship" series. This series began with "The Ship Who Sang", basically about a deformed human who normally wouldn't have lived much past birth, but who, in the future can be salvaged and lead a productive life by having their brains attached to "wires" or "cables" that allow them to control a spaceship. In this continuation, the brain, Nancia, is the daughter of a prominate leading intergalatic senator. She is partnered with two different mobile partners, forming a "brain and brawn" team. Because of her high birth she is able to penetrate and spy on members of the ruling class and undercover several plots to undermine the planetary association. Totally a good read!!!!!

  • Great series of books

All of the brainship seris are good books some better some worse,

  • Story Immersion

Extremely enjoyable reading for those who want to escape realty for a few hours. I find that once I've finished reading the novel, I can face adversity much easier. I rely on authors to help me do this with their vivid chaacters and themes for becoming overcomers.
