Seller was quick and courteous. Had an issue with the product (Dewalt s fault). The six mounting holes on this motor were predrilled, but they were not tapped to accept the mounting bolts. The same is true for the belt tightening screw hole, as it also lacked threads. Seems like a one off error on the manufacturer s end. I was able to resolve it with a set of tap and dies, and the motor is now up and running on my miter saw.

Replacement power tool cords were as described and arrived in a timely manner via USPS. The seller took extra care to wrap the cords individually in shrink wrap and then again bundled together in shrink wrap around a piece of cardboard rather than just tossing them loose in a bag. That seems like a small thing but to me indicates a seller who cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to take the extra steps to ensure it. Recommend this seller wholeheartedly.
