    "An Absolute Masterpiece"

    Back in 1995 The Orb created their best (or the second best after U.F.Orb) album 'Orbus Terrarum'. Despite its name the album features strange, alien soundscapes that can make you feel you have found yourself on an earth-like planet a thousand light years from your home. A unique experience!

    Very Good Electronica

    I like how the group mixes different types of sounds ranging from very smooth to extra coarse without losing the cohesion of each track. This is something you may listen to while going to sleep or play as background noise. I listened to the Eno/Fripp Ambient and this is maybe mindful of their approach, but more commercially oriented. It may bore you a tad, but is really good for this type of music.

    Occidental

    Surreal and ambient, Orbus Terrarum makes great background music and would be an awesome movie soundtrack. It's not something I listen to much but it has such a cool vibe that I can't quite bring myself to pull it from my collection. 3 1/2 Stars.

    Amazing!

    The Orb hit a major league home run here. It may not be a new cd but it is timeless in many ways. It'd say that it is one of those cds I listen to over and over and never get tired of.

    The Orb Rox

    I bought this CD when it first came out and it took me a couple years to grow on me. I think that it's The Orb's crowning achievement of all their albums. It doesn't have the mainstream feel of most of their other albums. It's very ambient and relaxing. It's a hidden gem.
