    Power Sewing is a staple in every sewer's personal library and if not-- it should be! Sandra Betzina provides clear, direct and well organized text accompanied by amazingly detailed & appropriately coordinated photographs. Her greatest skill, epitomized in this book, is providing the sewer with innovative methods of approaching common sewing tasks. And Betzina's techniques truly work better and are ultimately easier than the original "how to" you learned in 1970's home-ec class! While clearly not a book for the "I've-never-thread-a-needle" folks, this is a masterful edition for anyone who wants to become a better seamstress and/or tailor.
