good choice for Fender Blues Deluxe
I purchased a C12Q speaker for my Blues Deluxe. The original speaker was ok sounding, but lacked the fender tone that made this amp great. This speaker made the amp more sensitive with the low end tight and neat. With a direct fit and an original upgrade ( this is the speaker of the original 1950's amps), the amp now sounds a little more open. only down fall of the speaker is its power ratings is not consistent from the labels and the factory power. At 35 watts per the label, the power of the Blues Deluxe is 40 watts and the Jensen web says 80 watts, so be careful of the volume. This speaker doesn't fix all the shortcomings of the amp but it made some very needed improvements. I purchased a C12Q speaker for my Blues Deluxe. Munchy tone for my 5E3
Bought this to replace a vintage Jensen low-frequency driver added by a previous owner of my Richter 5E3. (I suspect they were unaware that it was LF -- otherwise it was awesome) but LF is that last thing a 5E3 needs. This cured it. Sounds great!

The garage rock speaker
Great 12 inch speaker for garage rock sound. Put one in my 6V6 Musicmaster Bass Amp and it sounds like it should. Put two in a Supro 2x12 and it does as well with a Marshall 50 watt head. If you want that 60s garage sound, this is it.
