This is a beautiful rug and was shipped by seller quickly. Sadly, it did not really match my decor and the colors were a bit off from the photos. More white than grey tones as pictured. Returns were accepted, but I was told the rug needed to be sent back to India at my cost (over $2000), despite the fact that the seller was listed as My Shop LA. So, I am forced to keep the rug and hopefully re-sell it to someone else. Nice rug, but beware that returning is economically not an option.
