I wired the two 115V primary windings in parallel, the two 58V secondary windings in series, and applied 120VAC to the primary. The output voltage on the secondary measured 121VAC. This is exactly what I wanted. The slightly higher secondary voltage will help compensate for copper and hysteresis losses when the transformer is loaded.
