      Engine oil and fuel pump replacement, Johnson 115. Easy to install with someone mechanically inclined and basic hand tools.

      Althought I have only about and hour on the engine since installing the pump, so far it is operating properly. The issue for repair was excessive oil consumption and erratic engine performance. I'm satisfied at this point.

      Johnson VRO Pump

      Ordered this pump on 5/21/17 took it out on the lake 9/14/17 and the pump had problems. I probably had a total of 10 hours run time on the pump. Went through a full oil reservoir in 3 hours run time and smoked everyone out on the lake. I was lucky I didn't run the oil reservoir all the way down and get stuck on the lake. Purchased another pump from a local dealer and runs great again.

      Fuel pump

      Came before The due day. But a was leaking fuel from the front and I have to used parts from my old one to make the new one work. I’m a little disappointed. But I got it working after a while.

      Factory pump

      It’s the way to go, it’s not worth buying a Chinese pump they don’t work and it’s not worth blowing your outboard up, this pump worked perfectly, the fuel outlet is fixed if it don’t line up just add some fuel line it’s worth it.after installation I primed fuel and oil and it fired right up no problem and didn’t have to deal with waiting for a no oil light to go off, thanks again.

      Just pull the trigger

      I have tried the cheap repair kit and the cheap pump from China and had issues with both. Put this OEM pump on and it works great! Dont waste your time and money on the cheap ones.
