The RBS50 was in brand new great condition as described by the seller. I was able to add it to my Orbi setup immediately with no issues. It was a couple of firmware versions older, but I was able to manually update to the last version netgear has put out. I was unable to use the automatic update to get my original router and satellites to this version previously, so I wasn’t worried.

Product received as described. Seller packaged very well and got to post office on first business day after holiday. Shipped fast, however post office did not process as Priority mail package, not seller's fault! Took care of firmware update issue (the two RBS750s replaced two RBS350s that would not take the latest Orbi firmware update, and the RBR750 router did not recognize the older RBS350 satellites). Added this device to my existing mesh to address a blind spot. As mentioned in description, it is a converted router, so slightly different from the normal satellites. Had no problems setting it up, works great. Seller was super responsive in a shipping issue caused by USPS - would buy from again.
