Beautiful items, as described. Packed very well; however, I was disappointed to see the seller used USPS Priority Mail shipping items for their bubblewrap packing and box: 12 padded 12 x 10.75 Priority envelopes used as stuffing/padding, then inserted in a Priority box, then in a plain white plastic bag for shipping. What an abuse of free supplies offered by USPS for legitimate Priority Mail shipping! No wonder the Post Office is losing money and having to raise postage rates continuously.

This seller is fantastic and so sweet. I ordered a pair of mugs. They were wrapped up so well honestly it took my a few minutes to undo it all. However, one was broken. I knew this wasn’t the sellers fault but probably just an unfortunate event in shipping. I reached out to the seller to see if they’d consider selling me the other set they had for a discount. The seller said they’d send me the other set at no additional cost. Now I have my compete set 😄 thank you!
