I purchased the 30w Raycus QS, then was emailed that the model I purchased was not in stock in the US warehouses, so I decided to wait for this model to be shipped from China. No problem. It arrived with no damage to the crate. The packaging was perfect as well, no issues there. Everything works as intended, I had it set up engraving and marking within 45 minutes of its arrival.
