Color shown in the provided pictures did not match the actual flowers that we received, so we can't use them. And since we paid both to ship them to us AND we'll have to pay to ship them back to her, we're pretty much stuck with them. I guess it's not really the seller's "fault", but at that same time she could have taken pics with good lighting and coloration rather than using the questionable stock photos. So not calling this a negative experience, but I really can't call it a positive one.

The picture shows the dusty blue correctly and in bright studio lighting. I have been selling these for 10 years and never had an issue before. I have no issues with the picture or description, it is accurate. Plus never heard from this buyer to let me know they wanted a different color or I could have helped them find a better match for whatever shade they are looking for.
