Seller agreed to partially refund the cost of the unit. Very disappointed since it was previously used, it was listed as brand new. When putting it together I immediately noticed rust in the screws, Worst part was that the main whose is broken and with mold in it. It has been a mission to get the manufactures help.Heating and cutting plates are not properly aligned, so it does not seal or cut the plastic bags the screen shows an error (WARNING, In-place sensor & cut motor fault, Stopped: 0ng!)
