Very Scary and Tense In Many Moments You Don't Expect!
I always like it when a film starts you out, thinking what is happening is live, however, it turns out that the actor is having a nightmare or had a nightmare and was just telling the story to her therapist. Brittany Snow plays the young girl that lost her family to an estranged teacher that had an obsession with her 2-3 years before and killed her entire family. Now that she is about to graduate and is attending her prom formal at a local ritzy motel, she has put out of her mind, all the terrible times that befell her years ago. Little does she know the guy has escaped from prison and is out to get back up with her regardless of how many he kills that are standing in his way. This could be a good movie to watch with you boyfriend or girlfriend late at night in the dark. Just make ... Made Me Jump
I love horror movies grew up on them and it takes alot for me to love a horror movie...this one has me hooked...better then the original..first of all the lead actress is alot better looking then Jamie Lee Curtis..oh wait this isn't a remake of the original "Prom Night"..hello!! in the first "Prom Night" the murders were revenge for the accidental death of a student..in this film the murders was sparked by the unrequited love for a student by a Teacher..he goes mad kills her Family..is imprisoned for 3 years then escapes and finds the girl on her prom night..filled with suspense, as well as romance and just a touch of who's that in the corner..I give this film 5 out of 5 bars, but please judge this movie by it's own merits not the merits of the first ... he is NUTS about her~ Psycho Prom Slasher fun~
remake of the 1980's Jamie Lee Curtis movie about the Psycho who decides a girl wants him as much as he desires her~ Brittnay Snow as a girl stalked by her NUT teacher who kills her parents and is locked up in the Max Security Psycho ward which of course he easily escapes and comes to call on Prom Night~ Snow is good as a girl haunted by her dreams~ but the best part of this movie is the directions which is well shot in good angles lighting and simply done well enough to keep us interested with the very much expected plot~ a move you will enjoy once. Well made without to much Blood
This movie is just great!Great Suspense Movie! The actors are doing a great part that you believe every moment of it! The young actress Brittany Snow even known from the Movie John Tucker must die(Comedy) is a excellent choice as leading role she plays her fear so real. Even without a lot of blood a real great awesome Scary/Suspense movie!
