    The BEST Rhubarb Cookbook! Variety and easy recipes!

    This cookbook was recommended to me by a local rhubarb farmer. I found it on eBay at a very reasonable price and it was new! There is a lot of variety in the recipes and are easy to follow so anyone can make the dishes. I have tried four (4) recipes so far and each came out wonderful with minor adjustments to baking time. The dishes all got rave reviews at a meeting of over 40 people in attendance. Some people could not believe the item they were eating had rhubarb in it! I would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone that has rhubarb available and a little time to enjoy the fruits of your labor (pun intended since rhubarb is a vegetable). :-)

    Celebration of All Things Rhubarb!

    Replete with various rhubarb-based desserts, this author also goes where few dare to tread by offering recipes for a variety of rhubarb salsas and sauces for a host of main courses and appetizers. These ideas open up new possibilities for using rhubarb and just go to prove that it is not simply a springtime phenomenon! Book opens nicely and stays flat for easy review while cooking.

    Excellent Cookbook about Rhubarb, have given as gifts

    While on a vacation in Alaska, I came across this cookbook. Took it home and have cooked about everything in it. From bread, cakes and even cookies. Enjoy, would recommend to everyone for something new on Rhubarb and other additional fruits or vegetables.
