    Product Information

    Aliens have infested the earth once more, and all is lost unless you step into the fray and take action against these otherworldly inhabitants. Contra: Legacy of War is a continuation of the long-running saga that started back on the Nintendo Entertainment System where a lone solider, with the choice of a partner (two-player mode) is faced with the pending threat of a total world domination by galactic creatures. You must battle your way level through hellish level in order to reach the final confrontation with the supreme entity. You wont be unprepared, however. There are numerous weapons and power-ups at your disposal, so, choose wisely soldier, the world is counting on you.

      Still Shooting The Bad Aliens!

      Gotta love the Contra series...been a big fan since my room-mate and I had beaten the original Contra over 20 years ago! Although, the game-play on this title is definitely missing something, it is true to Contra form. This would be nice to have if you REALLY like furious button-smashing fun, but don't expect pattern play like the original...it is a slaughter-shooter all the way through. I give it a 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

      Contra: Legacy of War (PlayStation)

      The game overall was in great condition. The case, instructions and cd were all in near-mint condition. I bought the game because I'm an old gamer who owns a Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Atari, and so on. Contra was one of those games that transcended every generation. Simple graphics & easy game control offer hours of game play that you can never get bored of.
