item as described. good quality and price. i could not in good conscience give any stars for shipping time. FEDEX is horrible and the seller can't be blamed for the delivery issues. I had placed 4 separate orders of pool closing supplies that ended up coming from different sellers. Fedex sent multiple emails each day saying the item would be delivered the next day, then operational delay, then next day same thing again. you shipped on 9/3 arrived in Cookeville on 9/6, bounced around until 9/10

Hammerhead pool cleaner was just as described. Buying local or online it was going to be 16 to 20 weeks for delivery. I received the unit shipped on a pallet within 3 days. They provided a tracking number but nothing else. No replies to messages through ebay. I looked up the company, had to go through 3 different phone numbers before reaching someone that knew about the auction. All they could do was verify yes, shipped, but no company info. Easy setup, used it today, very pleased with it.

This seller is great. Good communication, quick shipping and the item was brand new, as described. My issues lies with the manufacturer of the item and NOT the seller. I purchased stairs for an above ground pool and they float ( even after I loaded them with sand). They are useless. Now I have to keep them down with old weight equipment and it looks ridiculous
