    Book on animal restraint by Murray E. Fowler (1995)

    Restraint and Handling of Wild and Domestic Animals, second edition, by Murray E. Fowler (1995)is 383 pages, filled with some interesting and some valuable information if you're a veterinary technician or someone who works closely with animals. The main reason I purchased the book is that I work in a small animal veterinary hospital as a vet tech, and while we do see certain "exotics," we don't have the opportunity to work with them often enough to be completely confident with our restraint techniques. So I wanted to find a book that might give us some helpful tips on the restraint and handling of animal species we may see at our hospital, but not see that often. A majority of this book won't really help in my current position (we don't work with wild animal rehabilitation, etc.), But ...
