Ordered 2/12...Shipped 2/13...Arrived 2/17 = 5 days from NY, not bad. Different concept of opening very small jars/bottles, (like nail polish or liter bottles of Pepsi), or large jars, (like large plastic containers at Costco with candy or nuts). It works. Takes getting used to a bit, as it easily slides around a lot as you seat it where it's needed, before depressing the handle with a firm grip. But it works, it opened everything that had incredible seals, like glass pickle jars.

    The Swing-A-Way Comfort Grip Jar Opener has been the "go to" jar opener in our family for many years (decades) This opener may be considered a vinaage item which is not easy to find in big box stores.     great product

    I really like this product It has helped me so much. Just one thing. You have to be real careful when opening small items. The product slips and pinches our inner hand. But I just use a rubber gripper on it and it doesn't hurt. But it is great on larger jars.!!!

    Jar Opener is Awesome
