About this product

Product Information

"Her writing is eloquent and her passion tremendous." -- Publishers Weekly "Brigitte Gabriel's words should be read, and studied carefully, by all the law enforcement and government officials of the West -- as well as by everyone who values freedom." -- Robert Spencer, author of The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades) Brigitte Gabriel lost her childhood to militant Islam, when militant Muslims from throughout the Middle East poured into Lebanon and declared jihad against the Lebanese Christians. Because They Hate warns that the US is threatened by fundamentalist Islamic theology in the same way Lebanon was-- radical Islam will stop at nothing short of domination of all non-Muslim countries. Fiercely articulate and passionately committed, Because They Hate tells Gabriel's personal story as well as outlines the history, social movements, and religious divisions that have led to this critical historical conflict. BRIGITTE GABRIEL is a US-based journalist and news producer who started her career as an anchor for World News , an evening Arabic news program. As a terrorism expert and the founder of the nonprofit organization ACT for America, Brigitte Gabriel travels widely and speaks regularly on topics related to the Middle East. She has addressed audiences at the FBI, the United States Special Operations Command, the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and the Joint Forces Staff College, among others.

Getting to Know Muslims Plan of Terror

The book really makes Americans aware of some of the radical Muslims true objective. Noticeably, especially in Detroit, they do NOT assimilate with Christians. This book truly opened my eyes!!

  • Because They Hate

Excellent view of both the militant Muslims and the Jewish people. Finally someone who gives a true and factual view of what the Muslim goal is and who dissolves the false picture the world has had of the Jew. This author writes from her life experience, not hearsay or a dogmatic theology. Excellent for anyone who would like to understand better the history of the Middle East and the ongoing battle taking place there even today!

  • Because They Hate

I heard about this book on WGY talk radio and decided to buy it. I really liked this book. It is extremely informative and allows the reader to understand the fear concerns expressed. The story of Brigitte Gabriel's experiences in her life are intense and eye-opening. In these current times I feel that we should know why we are fighting the war on terrorism. We should learn and recognize the subtle signs that is growing in our mist, signs we may ordinarily miss in our self-obsessed lives. This book is a must read for all Americans. It will teach Americans that all freedoms come with a price. It's a book that will make you want to become involved and save our USA and the freedom we all cherish!

  • Great Book!

Brigitte Gabriel has written an excellent book! I highly recommend the book.

  • Exceeded My Expectations

I follow world events and politics very closely and bought the book to learn more about the social and political effects of radical Islam on our world. It met my expectations in that area in that it was well written and very informational. The part that I didn't expect was how fascinating her personal story of survival growing up in Lebanon was going to be. It added a very human side to what many of us think of as a political issue. It was so interesting I stayed up half the night reading it. I have recommended it to everyone I know.
