Photos did not show back of neck closure so I went by the description. According to description, there is supposed to be a "long strip to adjust the largeness of the neck". Those are normally velcro strips used on these type of capes. However there are 2 very short ties I could barely tie together and the fabric started to fray while attempting to tie. I will use it as a pattern to make one the way I was hoping for so it's not a total loss. I've attached pictures for others to see before buying.
