      We enquired as to when the item would be shipped and the seller skirted around the question and said they had 7 days to process the order. We needed the item for Halloween and ultimately found the item at a local store for a better price and asked the seller to cancel our order since it hadn’t been shipped. They begrudgingly cancelled the order and admitted that they didn’t have the item in there possession when I placed the order which is against eBay policy. Very unprofessional overall.

      Excuse me you asked Ebay for delivery date and the date was well listed in the listing as well as handling time And for your information you were the one who was pushing for something to happen that was not in the listing and out of 30+ of these items they have or will indeed make it by Halloween. And anyone interested in my role in the cancellation can read my response to you I was very happy that you cancelled earlier (BECAUSE TRUTH-found it in local store) since I could get it relisted
