This product is well designed with thick plastic, a reinforced handle attachment area, and reinforced prongs. Despite an initial delay in shipping, most likely due to a holiday weekend and printing of the product, it arrived quickly and I’m very happy with the product. I have used s similar product for decades that is no longer sold and this is the best design for its purpose based my experience owning several dogs. I recommend this design to all my fellow dog owners.

Items should have been packed for shipment better . The shipping box was crushed in transit and the plants became separated from their pots and one plant crushed slightly and were dehydrated. A more substantial cardboard box would have prevented the damage .
