    This book made my heart sing, but the ending is so very sad. A must for all

    I bought this book without knowing anything about the story. I was gripped, it was so well written, telling the story of 2 little boys who knew nothing about the atrocities of war. Their story was heart warming, although I found the end very sad and upsetting. After reading the book I bought the DVD from eBay too. Again, the movie was very well made, with the cast being superb. I was very glad that I read the book before watching the movie though. I would definitely recommend this book, and the movie too. It's something that will appeal to all ages and both sexes!

    Childlike innocence is portrayed perfectly in this harrowing film.

    After reading the book I decided to watch the DVD. Its childlike innocence is seen in this harrowing film of the extermination camps...(Auchwitz). It gives a view that you wouldn't expect. The friendship that develops between two young boys is extraordinary and eventually upsetting.......By the end of the film I was shouting at the boys not to do the thing they were adamant to do! Excellant film,upsetting but interesting views from the German Wife's point. A film I would definately recommend.

    we bought this dvd because our granddaugter said we would enjoy it but we would need a box of tissues,she was right on both countspic .no dislikes,if you mean the quality of the film well it was excellant

    the boy in the stiped pyjames dvd

    it a great film. brill to watch. it based on a real life as it was. my daughter watch it in school. she recommend it. so i brought it of the website for a great price.
