    An odd, distinctly British sketch show, LITTLE BRITAIN rose to become one of the most popular comedy shows in its native U.K. Starring Matt Lucas and David Walliams in a variety of guises, each sketch features a unique take on the minutiae of British life. Imitating people from various walks of life, Lucas and Walliams grotesquely exaggerate them for comedic effect; their chirpy yet deliberately irritating character Vicky Pollard even spawned a catchphrase that seeped into everyday use in Britain ("yeah, but no, but yeah!"). In a further twist, former DOCTOR WHO actor Tom Baker provides voiceover duties for a number of sketches, with his booming, Shakespearean tones adding a further aberration to the absurdist męlée. This two-part Christmas special, LITTLE BRITAIN ABROAD, takes the series' cast of caricatures to wreak havoc across the globe, including trafficking drugs in Thailand, guiding tourists through Spain, and awaiting rescue on a desert island.

      LITTLE BRITAIN ABROAD IS AMAZINGLY FUNNY!!

      I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF BRITISH BBC COMEDIES SINCE THE EARLY 90'S. LITTLE BRITAIN IS HYSTERICAL, SO MUCH THAT YOU SHOULD WATCH THIS ONE WITH A BOX OF KLENEEX TO WIPE THE TEARS OF LAUGHING. I DO RECOMMED THAT YOU DO NOT DRINK OR EAT DURING YOUR VIEWING BECAUSE THEY WILL MAKE YOU CHOKE, WITH THE ANTICS OF THESE CHARACTERS.......A MUST SEE & OWNED IF YOU LOVE BRIT COMEDY!!

      I almost peed my pants laughing

      This is the best thing on the telelly.... I love it so much I had to buy another for my sister who just dies cracking up at all the funny characters these two guys play. If you never seen this you must rent this and soon you will just have to buy it to see over and over again and will soon be repeatting the lines from the characters...."The computer says NO" This just cracks me up!!

      Hilarious!

      I love little Britan! these guys crack me up! anyone that hasnt watched this show needs too! Even if you dont get British comedy you will still enjoy the characters they have created! There is not one thing i dislike about this dvd. I had to buy it! the price was soooooo right!

      Little Britain a slice of home :)

      As a brit in the US miss the Brit comedy.... Brits don't take ourselves too seriously.... were ain't up tight.... If u wanna a good laugh i recommend ALL seasons... some skits you may not get but the majority you will highly recommeded
