They asked me to not leave bad reviews. This item is excellent even at HALF THE SIZE that I paid for. They were apologetic and polite about THEIR error while offering a free face item on my next purchase. I was even offered to return the item to China at my expense. Eventually I was able to get a small amount refunded that didn’t even cover the original shipping. Bait and switch is real with no repercussions. The item is very well made. The company is not reputable. Be aware and use caution.

I ordered this device for its potential impact on the brain. I found it incredibly relaxing. My hope is that it will have a positive effect on mood and healing from TBI. I cannot yet say about the longer term effects, but the short term effects are positive, and result in more mental clarity and better mood.
