      Relace the newer OEM latch assembly with this better all metal OEM version.

      Good replacement for the newer version of the latches that are in some of the Kwikset interior doorknob sets that have a black plastic latch-spring housing, prone to cracking. I've had to replace two at my house over the past couple years.
