About this product

Product Information

The first licensed game based on author Agatha Christie's works is an interactive version of the novel And Then There Were None, originally published as Ten Little Indians. Players are cast in the role of new character Patrick Narracott, a ferryman, who finds himself trapped on an island estate with ten invited guests, all of whom are strangers. Each visitor has been accused of murder by the estate's enigmatic host, and it is up to players to piece together the mystery of what is happening around them. As with most titles in the genre, the game is composed of pre-rendered 3D environments filled with icon-based "hotspots" that allow players to walk into another room, examine items, speak with suspects, and so forth -- all by clicking a mouse button. To keep things fresh, the developers have incorporated new twists to the original plot, offering multiple endings that branch away from the best-selling book's conclusion.

  • Agatha Christie: And Then There Were None (PC Game)

Well, I loved it! I'm a big fan of the story, And Then There Were None, or Ten Little Indians, and I love simulation/adventure PC games. Yes, the graphics are a bit slow (even dull) in places, but overall I really enjoyed playing it. I especially liked that you have to think to solve the mystery, it is not a random chance or hand-eye coordination type game. For instance, you need to be creative, building the tools you'll need to solve the mystery from the objects at hand. You get to build a hang-glider at one point, and figure out how to put a bee-hive to sleep at another point, PLUS follow the storyline and solve the mystery. And don't forget about the 'different' endings the Adventure Company added to the story/game... Maybe you'll solve the mystery completely differently than Agatha ...

  • Loved it!

We loved this game. Very addicting once you start playing. Even if you have not read any of the Agatha Christie books, this game is still just as fun and entertaining. I love the fact that there can be a different ending depending on the choices you make during the game play. Great game. It's a lot like the Nancy Drew PC games. Full of mystery and not too much gore. We are really looking forward to playing the second Agatha Christie PC game that will be released in Nov 2006.

  • Fantastic First Person Mystery!

I really enjoyed this game. It wasn't so overwhelming that I had to keep tons of notes just to get thru (I hate that). It is a good length as far as playing time. Took me longer than the stated 20 hours but I didn't want to miss a thing! The puzzles and such are not so tough that you get frustrated. With the exception of finding the cure to the poison, that is. That was a bit mind bending and time consuming! But, overall I was very impressed. And the multiple possible endings had me playing it more than once.

  • And Then there Were None

This game got me back to interactive games. My daughter had the game, and kept getting bogged down. So that was the reason I ordered mine. I discovered the Joy of pitting my wits against the programmers. The graphics and play are well done. Using the clues makes you feel like Macgyver. Since buying this I have ordered several others PC games and continue to enjoy the challenge. Getting older doesn't have to be boring.

  • And Then There Were None Game

this is a must for all mystery lovers who have always wanted to be part of the story! it gets a tad slow in spots but it keeps in line with the original book. its family safe and fun to get others involved in helping out and the different endings were great! its a must have!
