I did not require to contact the seller. The item was described for me to pick one of the four films. I do not track shipments, where's the fire. It was packaged in a bubble envelope and politely dropped in my mailbox. One dvd in it's case. Not a jewel case or cardboard sleeve. Thank you for being on Ebay. Good day.

I'm not sure what you mean. Did I send you the wrong movie? I don't believe I mentioned that it was in a Jewel Case. If it was damaged, please let me know. I will send another if possible or I will be willing to send different movie altogether. Please explain.
