Seller sent damaged item (see pics), my return was lost in the mail, seller would not offer any further assistance such as a discount towards repurchase. Whole problem would've been avoided if seller paid more attention before shipping. I mailed it back at my own expense for an exchange, seller said I should've also paid for tracking. I get that things get lost in the mail, but it would've cost the amount of the item itself to add tracking. Why pay double to return a new item I received damaged?
