    Excellent Air Filter

    The Blueair air filter is rated very high by reviewers and I can believe those reports. The filter is very efficient using very little power, 8 watts on high speed and 0.8 watts on low speed. I have been running at mid speed at 3.4 watts which still moves a lot of air at a sound level you hardly notice. The filter has 3 layers of filtration, outer fabric cover, pleated paper element and the charcoal filter sleeve. You notice filter working as the outer fabric cover collects dust and the pleated paper element is no longer pure white. Filter life is very good as my other Blueair filters have been running 24/7 for 7 months without dirty filter lamp coming on. The Blueair filter in my kitchen did require replacement after 7 months because of the grease and odors from cooking. New elements ...

    Very happy with this purchase

    It's very quiet at low speed, average at middle speed, and quite loud at high speed. I especially like its look. Having had it for a few weeks near the cat litter I can tell you it works very well (and the cats aren't intimidated by it, like they were the one I had there previously, which was bulkier and louder). You can easily see when the outer filter is getting dirty. (It's blue in the product pic -- I use the black one which also came with the air purifier.) At this point I just brush it off. At some point I'll wash it in the washing machine.

    I have several of them & I am so pleased...they really clean the air of dust pollen etc...my allergies are under control & I have less pet hair around...I have 2 dogs & a cat!!! We are all breathing easier

    Good air purifier

    Purchased this air purifier for our bedroom. The room is approximately 150 square feet. It has 3 settings and on 1 you really cannot hear it at all. However, it does a better job in the higher settings, and we are able to use it on 2 with no problem (and my husband is very sensitive to noise, particularly at night) and it does not bother him. We have a small dog with severe asthma,who sleeps in our room, and I have noticed her breathing is easier since we have purchased. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

    Air cleaners

    I own two 411 and one 211+ these are good quality and perform outstanding. I have one 411 in my bedroom, one 411 in the cat room (litter box) you will notice a big difference in the air quality and one 211+ in the living room. I clean the prefilter as needed with a vacuum cleaner. Filters are reasonably priced online so it won’t break the bank when needed. I highly recommend these fine air cleaners.
