Das Problem wäre ganz einfach zu lösen gewesen, aber nein, einfach eine
negative Bewertung ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme ist ja so einfach.
Dieser Kunde bewertet fast ausschließlich negativ das gibt schon zu denken.
Ich löse ein vorhandenes Problem immer im Sinne des Kunden, allerdings muß
man mir dazu auch eine Chance geben, so gehts leider nicht.

Dann haben sich alle anderen Käufer geirrt. Im Text steht klar und deutlich "mit dem
orig. Schlüssel vergleichen" Wenn man dazu nicht fähig ist sollte man den Artikel
einfach nicht kaufen. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit den Artikel zurückzusenden
und sein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Die bessere Lösung anstatt so eine dumme
und sinnfreie Bewertung abzugeben. Auf solche Käufer kann jeder gerne verzichten
Warum vor der Bewertung KEINE Kontaktaufnahme, aber das ist ja zu viel verlangt
