Item arrived a bit beat up in the box, but it's made out of surprisingly heavy gauge material and is quite the chonker. I have not tested it's weight loading, I'm intending to use this to move shelves into position before mounting, hydro system by foot pedal works great, easy assembly. Seller chose Fedex for shipping which managed to get me the product quickly. The box has some wood pieces in it to help prevent items from falling out, and it did its job. Would buy again.

Carrier did a number on the box, somewhere during shipping the instructions were lost. When removed from the box everything looked good, glad the bolts were already attached to the handles and not separate in a bag. Some damage to the rubber mat but overall happy with the unit.
