    The Secret Staircase by Jill Barklem

    I purchased the book by Jill Barklem because I love books about mice and I've been working on collecting all her books. The stories are for children but I love them as well because it is well written and keeps one's interest in the story line. The illustrated pictures are well done and look like water colored paintings. I.L.
