Received wheel as described. Wheel was repackaged for shipping but not packaged very well. The protective cover was bunched up in bottom of box. No bubble wrap or any paper inside. Was just loose wheel inside box. Would have been better if packaged to prevent damage. Shippers don’t care about damage. Items need to be packaged with this in mind. Fortunately the wheel arrived without issue. Recommend seller. Just do better with your packaging.

The best way to puncture-proof you ties
The tires on my Mongoose mountain bike are thin cheap tires. Just about anything will puncture them. I even installed self-sealing inner tubes. After walking my bike home several times, I got smart and bought these tire liners. So far so good!

Mix feelings
I have had 2 flats in a week due to goat heads. The last flat, the goat head was offset of the center line of the tire, it should have been able to prevent the flat. I checked the position of the liner, it was at the top side center with the inner tube. The liner seems durable and well made with not sharp edges, I will keep using it and update the review if it merits. The liners worked well on the streets till I hit a pot hole, tire pressure was to the max and I still got a snake bite puncture but after that they have been working without anymore flats.
