Item came in good condition. Id like to note though that my goats are kinders (medium size teats), it sort of fits their teat, and it milks very slowly. It also has a million pieces to clean (which I imagine most milkers do, this is my first) I will be keeping it for emergencies but I dont plan on using it often.

If someone was ONLY after a replacement pump this one seems pretty good BUT if someone was to want to actually MILK GOATS then they will be unhappy with the system. The hoses are too thin and collapse under the goat and the cup stack from udder to end of valve where the hose collapses is too long for all but the tallest, most basically endowed goat. A true milk goat or any small breed this cup/hose system will only frustrate.. I know it has me and I milk many of several breeds including Lamanca
