    Give and old computer a second chance at life.

    This card is an excellent hardware upgrade for older computers that do not have a USB-C port onboard. For example, I use Western Digital My Passport drives with a cable that connects via USB-C cable. My transfer speeds for 1.6TB of video files dropped from 11 hours to five hours using the card. I was getting 40MB/s transfer speeds before I installed the card. After the card, my transfer speeds are 120MB/s.
