I purchased a bracelet the description didn't contain the fact the bracelet was hollow. being hollow makes the bracelet very flimsy and mine fell apart in two days of giving it to my wife for Christmas.. I contacted them and told them of the problem. I was told to return it for a refund, and i did. Today is 1/7/2024 and i contacted them because i haven't received my refund. They still haven't contacted me, I guess I'm going to be one more of there unsatisfied customers WARNING WARNING WARNING
