Instead of working neutral or negative, I gave a positive to the seller because I don't want to hurt no one. I only pay 69 cents for the necklace but I ordered 20 of them & only received 3! I actually paid for 34 items & only received 7! Waiting to hear back from seller, but this is not been a good experience for me at all. This is more like Cracker Jack prize, but it's worth 69 cents. I just want a refund for what I didn't get yet. This is my last time with this seller. They're not for me.

In my purchases, it indicated the pink ones were in one package and the blue and black ones were in another package, both packages were delivered. The black ones were not in the package. I contacted the seller and received a reply right away. There were 3 separate packages, and my black clips were in my mailbox. Excellent communication! Good packaging! A+! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
