Once the item was broke in packing it up. I immediately cancelled the transaction from the buyer. Ebay had already canceled the order before the buyer requested for the change. I would NOT recommend selling to this buyer again and I will be BLOCKING them!!! I did offer to relist the 8 hangers but I have not had a chance yet. I apologize to all my buyers I never received a negative feedback and I've been selling on Ebay since 2003.
