However, the shaft/rotor was virtually seized, probably a bad bearing in the front or rear. I contacted the Seller who was very understanding, apologetic and empathetic (this being a washing machine replacement motor). Seller replied quickly and sent out a good replacement that arrived today. It is also very clean, pins Ohmed out to spec and shaft turns freely. Haven't installed it yet, but looks 100 percent! Honorable Seller. Thank You!
