I love these boots. They are a cross between hi-tops and ankle boots, with a good platform and very warm. Only challenge was I needed a little more room. There are no half-sizes available and a full size would have been too big. A couple of days with a shoe stretcher and I spent hours comfortably running errands in them. Shoes arrived but one bow was missing. How can this happen with brand new shoes? I sent them a picture of the shoes still in the box with the bow missing and said I would return them as they were faulty. I asked them to pay the return postage. It cost £5.99. They have got the shoes back and gave me my money back but still have not refunded the £5.99. I sent a message asking for £5.99 and they then ask what was wrong with the shoes!
