Do not purchase from this seller. I was sent flowers that were destroyed -- all mashed with the blossoms torn from the stems. The seller tells me to steam the flowers. WHAT? I have no way to steam them to try to revive them. And I cannot reattach the torn flowers from the stems. These flowers are not usable because they are so damaged. I simply want to return the damaged and unusable flowers to the seller for a full refund.

The heads slipped off the stems from handling & they are easily replaced. There are no damages or tears to the flowers. I included Professional Tips how to Revive Flowers after shipment. They are made of fabric, like clothing & should be refreshed or steamed before displaying. She refused to cooperate. RETURNS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME, per ebay policy, buyer is responsible for shipping since nothing is wrong. BTW, these barely need steam, holding over boiling water for a few seconds is all. Blocked.
