The item was a brand new in-box item, which normally you'd want to wrap in some kind of bubble wrap or other protection. The box arrived crushed and damaged as a result of the packaging, but luckily the item inside was still fine. I hope they'll consider using an actual box, mailer, or bubble wrap, etc. in the future.
