    The packaging was not great. The box was open at the top and not in great shape like you would expect a new product to be in. Then a strip of cardboard was taped around it with clear tape over the top. That was wrapped in a shipping bag. The box looked new in pics and it said new in description. I know shipping time is not on the seller but it took TWO WEEKS to get to me from IA to NC! I did try to communicate with the seller but they told me to check tracking. Of course I had been doing that

    Unfortunately, this item arrived non-working. Fortunately, the seller has EXCELLENT communications and we tried to work towards a resolution. I was sorry it ended up a refund, as seller was very apologetic and quick to respond, with the refund happening within minutes of our last communication. Delivery was wickedly quick, shipping cost was VERY reasonable, and the unit was cosmetically perfect. This seller is now on my favorites list. NICE JOB!!
