    12 Day Body Shaping Miracle

    I take bits and pieces from all fitness and nutrition books I read and then combine them all together for what works for me. I did initially lose 8lbs or so with the Six Day Michael Thurmond book but No Salt in my diet and No Fat was causing me problems. My skin became very dry and itchy my hair lost its shine and luster and I basically enjoy eating and cannot eliminate salt period! Too extreme for me. I went back to South Beach which for me I LOVED. Its just at age 49 the Dairy and Meat was making the Hot Flashes relentless! However I revamped that as well and am doing much better less the red meat and cheese. Also I workout a bit harder and lift somewhat heavier than this exercise shows but you can get a good start into working out with this book. I would recommend this for beginners to ...

    Love anything that Michael Thurmond has out.

    I havd this book about 15 years ago and lost it. It was great to get it not only in great condition, but in hardback cover. I would recommend it.

    weight is falling off

    The book clearly outlines what you need to do. I especially liked the shopping list, and the step by step process to get your body in shape. The pictures are also helpful.
