FedEx was the shipper though and it was a rough experience which is not the store's fault but I hope they have another shipping option in the future. Every other shipping company I've used is able to get items through customs smoothly and easily regardless of duty being collected or not. FedEx called me over 10 times, asked for a bunch of paperwork and delivered the item late b/c of this. Thank you for the great service
